Each winner is required to pay for the cost of delivery of the Prize. The Prize will be delivered upon acceptance of delivery charges (see estimations below). The Prize will then be delivered direct to either the venue or your home address approximately 4-6 weeks after being contacted by the Promoter (see 17 above), unless timings are otherwise agreed. If the Promoter attempts to deliver the Prize but it is not accepted, the Prize could be forfeited. The Promoter makes no guarantee as to the date or time of delivery. Any delivery dates provided are given as an approximation only. Delivery charges will apply on a per weight basis and will vary depending on the location of delivery (see below). All images provided to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter to use for its marketing & promotional purposes in relation to the Bloom brand (in traditional, print or digital media) in perpetuity.

  • There may be a corkage fee to pay, or discussion to be had with your bar/ drink’s provider. Before sending the Prize, we require written proof (email) from bar operators / catering company that they will accept the stock and make the drinks to the required specification.
  • Winners are asked to ensure ice and ample tonic is provided on the day so that guests can correctly create a BLOOM and tonic.
  • The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
  • Transferability of BLOOM gin miniatures stock won: BLOOM gin miniatures is supplied to the winners on condition that it must not be sold for commercial gain in anyway, including on online auction sites.
  • The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. In the event for any reason the prize winners do not take up the prize, it will be forfeited. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
  • If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, or there is any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries.
