#Cocktailinspo – The BLOOM Passionfruit Martini:
With just 188 calories, versus 243 calories for an original vodka-based Pornstar Martini[1], the BLOOM Pornstar Martini is perfect for making average nights in a whole lot more fun and fruity!
Ingredients:
35ml BLOOM Passionfruit & Vanilla Blossom Gin
- 10ml Tessiere Passionfruit Syrup
- 10ml Sweet Freedom Fruit Syrup
- 30ml Pineapple Juice
- 5ml Lemon Juice
- 50ml prosecco
- 1 Passionfruit
Method:
- Scoop out one passionfruit into a shaker and add all other ingredients, apart from the prosecco
- Shake hard in a cocktail shaker and strain into a chilled glass
- Garnish with half a passionfruit
- Serve with prosecco on the side

Ingredients:
50ml BLOOM Raspberry & Rose Gin
- 4 Mint Leaves
- 4 Raspberries
- 10ml Sweet Freedom Fruit Syrup
- 25ml Soda Water
- 15ml Lemon Juice
Method:
- Muddle raspberries and mint in highball glass and mix with the syrup
- Add all other ingredients and half fill glass with crushed ice
- Swizzle thoroughly then top with crushed ice
