Opihr Announced as Official Gin of Holi Festival of Colours

Opihr Oriental Spiced Gin {pronounced O-PEER}, the world’s fastest growing super premium gin, has become the Official Gin Sponsor of the International Holi Festival of Colours 2015 & 2016.The Holi Festival is an Ancient Hindu religious Festival, signifying the victory of good over evil which has extended to non-Hindus and become popular across the world.  Participants play, chase and colour each other with dry powder and coloured water, with powder being released into the crowd during the day.With the first Opihr-sponsored Festival taking place in London at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th September, 60,000 people will enjoy a colourful and fun day, with the music line up including DJ Nervo and a bar serving Opihr drinks in specially designed noodle boxes.Kate Harrison, International Brand Manager at Quintessential Brands, owner of Opihr Oriental Spiced Gin, comments: “The Holi Festival is a perfect fit with Opihr.
