The last few weeks since the tragic death of George Floyd at the hands of the police have brought home the fact that the problem of racial inequality extends far beyond the police – it is rooted deeper in society and not just in the US. Action needs to be taken to redress race inequality in order for us to have a fair, just and equal society and we recognise that companies have an important role to play in making this happen.
