International drinks group, Quintessential Brands, today announces the appointment of Jon Band and his company GAP Drinks Pty to represent Quintessential Brands in the Asia Pacific region.
Based in Sydney, Australia, Jon’s appointment is part of Quintessential Brands on-going strategy to build an international business with world-class brands by investing in the Asia Pacific region. Jon will be working with the Quintessential Brands team to help introduce its world-class portfolio of drinks brands to the region, which include Greenall’s The Original London Dry Gin, Opihr Oriental Spiced Gin, Feeney’s Irish Cream Liqueur and The Dubliner Irish Whiskey Liqueur, as well as lead new product development into new markets in the region.
Jon Band spent the last 15 years based in the region and his roles include leading whisky development across the region for The Glenmorangie Company, managing the Heineken business in Japan and and, more recently, supporting the spirits portfolio developments at Pinnacle Drinks in Australia.
