International spirits business, Quintessential Brands, has partnered with leading Scottish leisure and entertainment group, Montpeliers, to create stand-out brand activations this Spring as more consumers return to the on-trade following the pandemic.
Launched in March, the first event sees Rabble in Edinburgh officially taken over by BLOOM Gin. Running until June, customers can sip on bespoke cocktails themed around key cultural occasions such as Mother’s Day and enjoy four BLOOM infused drinks on the popular brunch menu. Visitors to Rabble will be surrounded by vibrant floral displays encouraging them to follow BLOOM Gin’s mantra, #LiveFullBloom – meaning to live your best life, while bespoke mirror displays also encourage customers to share their BLOOM experience online.
BLOOM Raspberry and Rose Gin will be Montpeliers’ house pour pink gin, with BLOOM Passionfruit & Vanilla Blossom Gin set to feature on the perfect serve menu later in the year.
The partnership will also see a series of themed pop-up events hosted by OPIHR Gin, The Dead Rabbit Whiskey and The Dubliner Whiskey throughout the year, allowing customers to have a fully immersive experience whilst sampling some of the UK’s best loved brands in a variety of serves.
The Dead Rabbit Whiskey will sponsor an industry night at Eastside and feature in a cocktail whilst The Dubliner Honeycomb will be listed in shooter menus.
