Chelsea is preparing to flourish this May with the annual RHS Chelsea Flower Show and the Chelsea in Bloom floral alternative which brings the world famous event out into the local area. Brought to you by Cadogan, Chelsea in Bloom sees local retailers competing to create carnival themed displays made entirely from fresh flowers.
Flower power has not just been reserved for the pop-up.
