Martinez Luxury Mobile Gin Bar Launches November 2013
Quintessential Brands is pleased to announce the launch of The Martinez, the ultimate in luxury pop-up gin cocktail bars, in collaboration with Bitter Twisted, creators of mobile bars and restaurants.
Inspired by the gin palaces and cocktail bars which began to emerge in London in the 1900s and the interiors of some of the world’s most famous bars, The Martinez Gin Bar has been created to bring a luxury gin cocktail experience to consumers at events around the UK. A number of different gin brands have collaborated to introduce to consumers a range of gin taste profiles, ranging from the ultra premium Berkeley Square London Dry Gin, to the floral premium BLOOM Gin, the newly-launched Opihr Oriental Spiced Gin and Greenall’s Original Gin – the Great British Spirit since 1761.
The Martinez Gin Bar will appeal to gin cocktail lovers everywhere and will be visiting festivals, events, outside bars and restaurants as well as select private parties and weddings. The name was inspired by the legendary gin cocktail, The Martinez, which was a precursor to The Martini and includes fine gin, sweet vermouth and a dash of maraschino liqueur.

Often at festivals and events it’s difficult to get a fine cocktail and so we wanted to bring the experience of a luxury hotel bar to a range of locations. Consumers can sample a variety of different gins and then can select their favourite perfect serves.”
The Martinez will be launched officially at Camp and Furnace in Liverpool on Friday 22nd November and will then be travelling around the UK, bringing the British Gin experience to gin aficionados everywhere.
