Enzo Visone is a co-founder and Executive Chairman of Quintessential Brands Group. Enzo has nearly 30 years’ experience in the wine and spirits industry; he was previously CEO of the Campari Group, the Milan listed beverage Group, and the world’s fifth largest wine and spirits company. Enzo spent over 20 years with Campari and for 10 years, he was responsible for Campari’s expansion internationally, extending the presence of the Group’s brands to over 200 countries. He also led a successful acquisition strategy, acquiring over 14 wine and spirits businesses and over 70 brands in various countries. Campari was listed on the Milan stock exchange in 2001 and today has an enterprise value of over 4 billion Euro.
Warren co-founded Quintessential Brands Group in 2011 and has led the company ever since as Chief Executive Officer. Warren spent over 25 years as a European investment banker during which time he worked for JP Morgan, Investec, KPMG, Jefferies Inc and Canaccord Genuity Hawkpoint. He has worked across many countries in Europe as well as the US and Middle East, advising large corporates and mid-market private and public companies. Over the last 10 years, Warren focused on the European consumer markets sector. In the UK he helped create, and chaired Cambria Automobiles plc, a top 20 publicly quoted automotive distributor.

Shane joined Quintessential Brands in early 2018 as Managing Director and Chief Brand Officer of Premium Brand Division. With over 20 years in the global drinks industry, Shane is renowned for his ability to build progressive, consumer-orientated brands. Shane leads teams in London and Dublin to ensure that the portfolio continues to grow at an ambitious, industry leading growth rate.
Prior to joining Quintessential Brands Group, Hoyne held a senior global position at Bacardi Ltd, where in addition to his role as Chief Marketing Officer for Europe, he was also responsible for the Global Travel Retail division and global leadership of Martini, Bombay Sapphire and the John Dewar and Sons blended Scotch and Single Malt portfolio. Prior to this, Shane was Global Brands Director at William Grant & Sons, where he led Grant’s Scotch, Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey and Drambuie Brands. Shane previously spent 13 years with Heineken with roles in Dublin, Amsterdam and New York.
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement, Simon Williams moved to Quintessential Brands in 2017 from Accolade Wines, the fourth largest global wine company, where he managed a £300m Operations spend and £600m procurement spend.
Simon Williams is renowned in the drinks industry for his proven track record of delivering results and sustained change through strong team leadership, program management and change management skills. He has also held senior executive positions at Allied Domecq Wines and Avon Cosmetics.
Recognised as one of the 100 most influential logisticians across Europe and with over thirty years’ experience across the full supply chain, he is a highly effective influencer and is experienced in partnering with cross-functional and multi-national teams in both direct and matrix management structures.
Jonathan Marsh joined Quintessential Brands in 2018, and today leads the International sales team in EMEA, LATAM and GTR. Marsh has worked in the drinks industry for 22 years and joined Quintessential Brands from Beam Suntory, where he led the commercial teams across Western and Northern Europe for five years, continuously driving the company’s growth year-on-year. In addition to his time working for Beam Suntory (and formerly Allied Domecq), Jonathan successfully led the development of their B2B culinary business, Thomas Lowndes & Co Ltd. Jonathan’s experience also spans roles at Diageo & Britvic.
James Lousada joined Quintessential Brands in 2019 to lead the company’s commercial products division, Quintessential Brands Spirits Solutions. James joined the company from Conviviality Plc; he was previously CEO for Carlsberg UK for three years and spent over three years as General Manager of Accolade Wines EMEA.
His extensive experience running UK and European drinks businesses, includes 2 years in a Private Equity structure and he has an excellent track record for returning under-performing business to profitable growth. At Quintessential Brands, James is aiming to replicate the company’s UK commercial brand success in key markets internationally, whilst working with the Quintessential Brands UK commercial team to build on the success already achieved in the company’s lead market.
Roger Lowe joined Quintessential Brands Group in January 2018 as Commercial Finance Director, and in January 2019, he was appointed Chief Finance Officer for the Group. Prior to joining Quintessential Brands, Roger worked in the FMCG and retail sector for 21 years, gaining strong experience in all core finance functions. 8 years of his career was spent at Dairy Crest with the final year of this working on the sale of the £1bn turnover Dairy business to Muller. His experience also spans roles at Cadburys, Safeway and Procter & Gamble.
Jonathan joined Quintessential Brands in 2019 as Group HR Director, bringing considerable experience in organisational change, employee engagement, talent and performance management to the business, garnered during his career to date, working for major global FMCG companies including Nestle and Imperial Tobacco. Jonathan joined from Ideal Standard (UK & Ireland) where he led the re-structure of the company’s sales function in line with change of group strategy.
